“Five star “All Inclusive “ that’s what we have here . All inclusive service from the time you arrived and open the door to the time you leave. Really welcoming staff on reception. Refreshment of tea or coffee offered for my hubby whilst waiting now that’s next level service . Martha and Joanna and Elizabeth all “greet you will a smile and do it with style. Then we meet the very talented Linda .. knows her stuff and is very thorough . I paid the extra £30 to have a more intense examination to check the health of my eyes so I too selective the “All Inclusive “ and left no stone unturned .So given it’s been nearly 3yrs since my last prescription, I expected a change and was experiencing change . So sticking with the All Inclusive theme the team in reception are ready to help and advise ( without being pushy or rushing) to help you choose the right specs for you . I take ages to choose but never rushed . Always get two pairs and with the buy one get one half price it means if I have an accident with one pair , I have a spare until repaired. Picking them up today and that was quick work . Thanks guys for an amazing “All Inclusive First Class experience “. guaranteed that this will be one destination I will be going back to . ❤️”
