Travelled in to collect my pre-paid (in cash)washing on a Tuesday at10.30am, the day I was advised to collect it. Shop was locked up, no sign to say either why, or when it would open again. Tried phoning, phone unanswered. I NEED MY WASHING! Indicates a total disrespect for their customers.
