Ordered a car door for a friend, the link they sent was the wrong one, tried contacting to swap and pay difference through eBay. Being difficult with it and now won't respond to messages. Tried to call and no answer. Very poor service.Even their response to this review is wrong. They have not given full details. Asked for them to call me to resolve after giving several suggestions to satisfy us both. Never said they gave me the wrong link, so also making this up...my description is the friend I am on about, not the company (interpretation error). They have said they will pick it up at no cost, once I purchase the correct item. I have said I cannot afford to buy without refund so suggested a swap and they invoice the difference. This has been denied so now at a sticking point.Sick of companies trying to make out the customer is falsifying testimonies and manipulating what has been said.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Management is a bit of a joke. Waiting for 4 days now on payment for scrap. Would be different if it was the other way about. Suggestion to give the staff the ability to bank transfer instead of having to rely on management whenever it suits them
