HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED! Miniscule amount of cheese on both roll and nachos! Nachos where also cold! Will not be returning! Considering this branch charges more than others but you get less for your money! Waste of time and waste of £20! Dissapointed subway!!!! Where is the cheese on that roll?

We had a great experience thanks to Paul. We were in with our 2 kids for lunch and we had an accident at our table when we spilt a drink all over it. I asked the manager for a cloth but he insisted he would come over and clean it up for us which he did very efficiently. You could tell he was a dad as he joked and laughed with our kids whilst cleaning up the mess and sympathising with us that it's not easy entertaining the kids throughout the summer holidays! Will definitely come back again thanks to Paul and the great customer service he gives! This was in the first week in July, sorry for the late review!

The worst customer service I've ever had. They over charged us for an extra meal. My wife on paying questioned the price but was told it was right and this was how it came up on the receipt. When sitting down, I then double checked it and they were wrong, we had bought 3 meals and paid for 4. I went back to the counter and told them there was a mistake. They repeatedly told me I was wrong and that my wife had taken 4 meals . I then got put on the phone to a store manager who said he had watched the CCTV back and that my wife walked away with 4 meals. I said this was not the case and he then called me a liar. I was furious at this point and had to leave. My wife remained calm and asked for the managers details. The phone then rang again and the manager asked what colour of top my wife was wearing. He had looked at the wrong footage. They reluctantly handed over a refund and a half hearted apology.

Emma and Nem are both extremely excellent services people but the shop needs more than 2 people in a busy shop like the one they work in(Straiton). The fact they can still smile with such a busy shop is incredible. They have no time to clean or do anything other than serving people. They deserve a salary raise.
