Clean good food and still clean. Usually visit the central Edinburgh KFC which feels much more edgy, a nice vibe here anytime of the day.

The restaurant was not busy. Only 2 other families sitting in yet we struggled to get a clean table. Doesn't look like the floor has been brushed in a while either. Really dirty

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my visit to KFC Straiton today at approximately 15:25, 18.01.3026
I ordered 12 Mini Fillet Strips and was charged £28, which I consider extremely high for this item. However, my main concern is not only the price, but the standard of customer service I received.
The staff member who handled my order appeared to be poorly informed about the menu and pricing and reacted in an unprofessional manner. During the interaction, he made inappropriate comments such as ?oh wow, that?s a lot? and ?we don?t do that?, which suggested a lack of training and basic customer service etiquette. This made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Customers should not be made to feel awkward or questioned for placing a standard order, regardless of the price. I expect staff to communicate politely, confidently, and respectfully, especially when representing a well-known brand like KFC.
I would appreciate:
- clarification on the correct pricing of 12 Mini Fillet Strips, and
- reassurance that staff at this location receive proper training in customer service and product knowledge.
I look forward to your response and hope this issue will be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Quite nice friendly staff.
I've had to change my review as this place has went way down hill. The salad is fit for the bucket, disgusting no tomatoes, horrible shrivelled corn, and lettuce is dire. The popcorn chicken is absolutely disgusting now, very little chicken probably 5%. Staff mumble when try to talk, yes mistakes are teenagers or twenty somethings but the speaker is difficult as it is. And last but not least the prices are beyond greedy with a 1/3 less boneless chicken and a few fries, the juice also tastes like its got 50% less syrup. Like most places that squeeze more out if customers for less product, we go far less and is usually only reserved for treats due to cost

one of the workers at kfc called mehdi does absolute excellent service, he is a kind worker and i can see he works very hard.
