Service is shocking,waited nearly half hour for food. Staff member was shouting and moaning about a machine. Staff were not polite and left customers standing waiting at till. Place is shocking. No apology for the wait. People in after us and were served before us.place was freezing to.

Don?t recommend unless you?re starving or need the toilet, had a very cold burger with the only good thing being the onion rings. Also received cold stares and no greeting back when I asked how they?re doing.

Quite possibly the worst BK I've ever been to. Staff are surly and rude. The food was far colder than it should have been. The sharer box was both cold and overcooked.
Would avoid like the plague.

Caitlin was very professional and patient while I was ordering with some offers from the app! It can be very annoying and time consuming using the app but Caitlin waited for it to respond with a big smile!
