Great refurbishment of store, spacious, good parking. However I won't be shopping here as prices are far too high. Not many islanders can afford to do their weekly shop here.

Very big store under refurbishment when we were there bur seems to sell every thing, clothing, toys as well as food and drink. Very surprised and happy we popped in for supplies.

Building works means less space inside and things are not where you might expect them to be.

Although a little more expensive than Tesco in Stornoway, we find the food lasts longer. Friendly helpful staff and good variety of products.

Have been customers here before, it's quite a large store and well laid out, with all the usual items you'd expect in a supermarket. The cafe is also excellent, with decent coffee and serves excellent value snacks, we had a tuna mayo and sweetcorn jacket potato with a latte coffee....

Lots of fresh produce available. Prefer going shopping here more spacious. Cafe has reopened. The only thing now is due to the Original Factory taking up additional floor space defineately more crammed at the end of the shop.

I have found that fresh food purchased here have a better shelf life than those bought at Tesco. There is a better quality of food to choose from although the price maybe slightly higher.

The most unprofessional and unhinged manager Steven I have ever had dealings with. If his "managerial" skills were as important as his inflated ego maybe the Coop would be a well ran establishment, unfortunately it's not. I will take my £18000 a year shopping to Tesco.

Adequate. Easy to find what I want. But today I noticed one disturbing thing. I don't know how to put it. I saw I notice informing the public about the presence of cctv surveillance and that notice is only at the food section where Indian /Pakistani products are available. This made me feel sad being a person of Indian origin. There must be a reason. I wonder.

This is a great Scottish blend of roomy refreshingly clean and always good quality. The isle's are normally well stocked with just about everything a well proven menu for two weeks has for me a budget of £99 and with careful choice and rigid regime with ingredients it normally comes in on or under budget and that's with a generous mix of brand and co-op goods. PS if your in early you get a clear run with good music to dance with... lol ?

Wide range, I went into buy an emergency mini heater as the gas ran out on my central heating, the next tanker isn't here till Thursday and it's a wee bit chilly! I cant think of anything they don't have !covid aware and plenty of room to keep distances in.
