Poor customer service. Staff badly need training in customer service. Rude and impolite staff. Needless to say, we walked out. For this reason would not return to eat here

Go somewhere else!!
Staff are so rude and have no manners what so ever.
They were quite busy but obviously can?t handle the pressure therefore they should have a career change.
I would rather drive to a fast food place or Greggs is just round the corner

When I visit Stonehaven the Waterfront is now my go to place for food and coffee etc...

We nipped by earlier today just for a quick cold drink but ended up having lunch , the paninis were lovely and fresh and the chips were tasty and really hot . It was a lovely welcoming atmosphere and we didn't feel rushed like some places tend to make customers feel when they are busy and the prices were very reasonable especially for a beach front place. The staff were all on the ball and friendly too and the place was spotless. The portions were a good size as well. 10/10 would recommend

Poor service from the staff, like your a hindrance. also serves raw bacon. the fat on the bacon was still white and the bacon was still very much pink. told should of told the staff before it was time to pay. well the staff that walked past just blanked you.
definitely won't be back.
