I brought my aunts glasses in to see if the leg could be fixed. It couldn't but a new pair were found that fitted the lenses. They were not expensive and were adjusted to the right fit I was so happy with the service. The optician could not have been more helpful and I would definitely recommend this shop

My son has been coming to D&T since he was a wee toot, all the ladies are very friendly and welcoming, he absolutely loves going into to see them for his eye test / pick his new glasses. The kids range of glasses is fantastic. I also attend for eye tests and love picking new glasses, very relaxed atmosphere. Very knowledgeable and always give the best advice. I recommend them to everybody and anybody.

Went here on recommendation of my nephew and glad I did. I'm in Aberdeen but it's worth the short trip. Staff are friendly and helpful and my optometrist Anna is lovely; very knowledgeable and extremely caring.I've been suffering with blepharitis for months and recently developed a huge, painful hordeolum in my right eye.When I rang about it on Friday Kirsten or Kristen (apologies, I was in so much pain and distressed so forget correct name) went through a detailed list of questions and asked me to email a photo so the optician could review it then rang back and offered an emergency appt the same day!However I didn't feel safe driving as my vision's affected and I had my scheduled appointment the next day anyway, but I greatly appreciate their response and offer to see me the same day.On my scheduled appt Anna did a thorough exam without causing me further pain or discomfort and explained what's going on with my eye. I was really worried because of the severe pain, swelling and loss of vision but Anna put my mind at ease.I'll continue to travel here and so glad I followed my nephew's recommendation. He wears glasses and went there for years and only stopped when he moved, but thinks he might go back after my positive experience!Had several appts over past few months and always been happy with the service and the warm, friendly staff here.

Fantastic people and service, unfortunately I damaged one of my nose pads whilst here on holiday.l called here to see if I could get a replacement, they replaced both for me and would not take payment. Brilliant service for a NON regular customer. Thanks.

So far not good experience not rtn phone calls from there' answer machine that tales all the calls called 3 times different days left messages but no response.
