Assistant who did the work on the car on the day however was tardy at replacing spare wheel to rear dock storage area ; had laid it in the wrong way up and had made no attempt to replace the various VW tools to their corract storage areas ; no mention to us of where the unlocking nut remover stored for future use. Overall however very satisfied with overall service. It would help the assistant to be happier if he was able to go that last hurdle of replacing everything to correct place in car storage area.”
