If I could put negative stars I would. Have had a bathroom fitted by Wickes and since then it's been a horrific experience. We have had no cold water and the toilet doesn't fill up so has to be filled using a watering can. This has now been the situation since June. We have contacted the store . We have been into the store. We have phoned people and we have emailed the chief executive. We have also had the promise of a contractor coming to fix the situation. The person never turned up after taking the day of work to wait for them. No one replies. No one helps. Months of empty promises and promises of call backs that never come. It took us over twenty years to be able to afford to do this in life. Wickes don't care and the fact they claim they have a workmanship cover of two years is just hot air. No one came to check the work after it was completed. We have been left with a situation that no one should be. We're dealing with a company that couldn't care less.

Awful experience with the manager. Bought plasterboard that did not fit in my car (my mistake) and kindly asked if they would be able to cut it for me. All of the staff I talked to were lovely, friendly, giving advice and suggestions. The manager took one look at me and said ?no? and left me with 6m^2 of plasterboard on the shop floor!I had to buy a Stanley knife and measuring tape and cut it in the car park myself. Halfway through, I turn around and see the manager standing there watching me!!Lovely staff but a horrible manager. Avoid this place if you?re new to DIY.

What a nightmare! We used Wickes Stirling design & installlation service. The errors in design consultant's measurements mean we dont have the kitchen we agreed to , the workmanship was shoddy resulting in 3 weeks of hell & the store manager was never available. Once you commit to the purchase its impossible to contact anyone via email or phone & now the jobscomplete ( & not as we agreed)noone from complaints responds & the store take no part in owning the complaint. The way they treat customers is disgusting & we wish we had never used Wickes Stirling.

Poor experience visiting this shop - no customer service whatsoever. Liked flooring and decided to purchase online including the edging strips. Been on the phone for 3 days now to get in touch with the store ( my cars off the road or would have been in person)No one from any Stirling department picks up the phone. All flooring delivered including edges were delivered on time but soaked in snow and ice. 6 out of the 10 pks damaged cartons and all edging is very poor quality, edging looks like paper glued on mdf and this coming away from itself. They must have been left outside in snow prior to putting in delivery van.. so I?m assuming that no customer help whatsoever when walking round the shop then there will be absolutely no chance for them picking up the phone.Been escalated by head office since yesterday morning ( still no answer on the phone !!)

Bought a tarmac tamper several months back, which broke after little use. These things happen, so I took it back for an exchange. They could see it was little used and offered to replace it. Unfortunately no others were in stock so they gave me a gift card to the same value.Since I didnt have a receipt they could have refused a return or refund - it's nice to see fair customer service.

Just save your time and money and go to B&Q. The staff at the stirling branch were fu*king awful to deal with and I ended up walking away as I could tell I wasnt going to get any correct answers about a product I was enquiring about!

Ordered a worktop, backsplash & new sink with an approx date of end March beginning of April. Left store with "we will be in touch", having Left contact details & aware of what Wickes would do & what we were responsible for thought they'll be in touch. Benefit of the doubt we left it a few weeks only to be advised nothing been ordered or done. They now can't do anything to meet our timescale & the blank looks of nothing we can do & banal apology has left us feeling their customer service requires focus & improvement! Wickes I cant believe we are the only customers you've disappointed, you are perhaps cheaper but that includes the service.
