Prices are always a rip off, especially for food and drink. Prices are great for actual tickets and no issues with staff. Have had an issue once or twice with cleanliness of toilets and seats etc but staff are always really nice and helpful about it

If I could give the Vue in Stirling no stars I would have. Booked online for four of us turned up at cinema to be told they have cancelled the film due to a bulb issue in screen 3 but yet people behind us were going to see Dune in screen 3? no email to tell me they had cancelled the film so a very disappointed 4 year old, I wouldn?t say they were that apologetic I will not be back.

I've only came to the Vue a few times, but I've loved every visit. If it was any closer to me, I'd be coming here more than Cineworld. The tickets are reasonably priced and chairs are always comfy. The tall ginger man (sorry, I didn't pick up a name!) was incredibly helpful with the O2 Priority tickets after I explained it was the first time I had used it. It's just a shame that - like all cinemas - they upcharge on snacks as they don't make a profit on cinema tickets.
