Excellent well run practice. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. If I had one criticism , it would be the choice of spectacle frames which were fairly dull and boring, I like a bit of colour!

Was advised by GP to have eyes checked as follow up from a very high blood pressure diagnosis! As always staff at Stirling branch very receptive and highly professional. Check was carried out with precision and care, ending in news which was relevant to the case. No charge was incurred for this visit, and no purchase was forthcoming eg. new glasses or frames; Vision Express doing this work for no remuneration? GP?s must have new guidelines?!
