Great location near the centre. Nice and clean with friendly staff. Big letdown was the room was roasting hot and when opening a window the road noise kept us awake. No lock on the toilet door which wouldn't stay shut.

Have been to the lodge before but this time the chair in the room one of them was broken. One of the bulbs in the bathroom wet out. We had a different code on our phone as we paid in advance for WiFi. Took a trek to reception to get WiFi sorted and when we went out at night to visit a pub we reported the chair and light to reception. We were only there one night so don't know if the jobs would be sorted.

The Travelodge was near the train station, which was good. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was fine.Good for overnight stay.

Managed to get a room for the night as the weather was so bad unable to get home.Lovely girls on reception. Very helpful.Room basic but okay.Decided we didn?t want to walk into town as we?d been driving all day so we chose to eat in the restaurant.Very basic choice but okay for us.We were told a lot wasn?t available so chose something simple. The young man at the bar who took the order, donned an apron and disappeared into his kitchen!!He returned with a plate of still frozen inedible food?.ridiculous!!The young woman in charge (Gem) apologised and refunded us immediately. There was a snack machine in the foyer but were told it didn?t work?Countless people complained to reception about noisy air conditioners in their rooms.Had a decent night?s sleep but for £140 it was a complete nightmare.Gem ( on reception) was so lovely though?.she had a lot of negativity to deal with.Definitely will NOT be returningRooms: Basic but comfortableFood & drinks: Drink okay.Food?.indescribable!!!

Nice & convenient stay for a couple of nights. Rooms are clean& the staff is super friendlyFor me as a fellow worker in customer service, I felt really uncomfortable seeing how overworked they were. In addition to that WiFi is not free, which I rarely see these days. So, it really puzzles me: where's travellodge trying to cut expenses? As a customer, I can only assume its on staff. That alone won't sit right with me next time I'm considering my booking options.

The rooms are dated and tired. I had a room move due to heating not working and then the room given the heating worked, but was extremely loud sporadically throughout the night, keeping us awake. The toilet was flexing away from the wall and the bathroom flooded when showering. Customer service is non-existent and frankly I will never stay in another Travelodge again in a hurry.

The Travelodge has ample parking at no cost, the staff are very pleasant, efficient and friendly. It is a dog friendly Travelodge, I took my dog there, she said she liked it :-) I found it to be a modern, very clean Travelodge in a central location in Stirling, despite being in the town centre, it was very quiet. Costs for meals and drinks are very reasonable for a town centre location, I had an evening meal and breakfast there, both were very nice. If you prefer Tesco and Pizza Hut are very close to the Travelodge. I without doubt recommend the Stirling City Centre Travelodge as a very nice place to stay.

Great hotel with typical English breakfast for buffet. Short walk from train station. Near main town center with shops and food options. Short hike to sterling castle, jail, and church. Would stay again.

No fuss reception, were given all the information we needed at check in. A great location for us next to the station. Room and bathroom was spotless, everything you would want for an overnight stay. Loads of restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away. Looking forward to our next trip.
