We booked a meal for 4 last night and our drinks and starters were lovely but 2 out of 4 mains had to go back after waiting ages for them. One was reheated and just cancelled the other spoke to the manager and didn't even get an apology. The table staff were lovely but obviously inexperienced and had little or no backup...

It was a very good lunch date, me and my girlfriend enjoyed a lot especially because of our server made it so easy for us. So thanks to Elise for helping us today.?
