Walked in looking to buy a watch strap and a battery, both staff totally ignored us, waited a few minutes then left.If this is the service you can expect this shop will not last much longer.Went to jeweler's 58 Port street great service and reasonable price. Friendly welcome on entering the shop.

Was in getting my watch sorted David in the Stirling shop is the only person in stirling who can fix it he is always so nice and happy to help out the customer great service as always ?????

Went there on my lunch break to get a new battery and pin for my watch and they had it good as new within 20 minutes!Fantastic job and lovely people, would definitely recommend their lovely service :)

I brought in a brand watch asking for a new battery as where I had bought it from had let the battery die. The man who had done it has completely scratched the back where he clearly dug a knife to get the back of the case off. So disappointed and the fact that he just passed the watch back as if it was normal is the most crazy part. I will never be recommending this to anyone and I will never go here again for watch repairs!!

Brilliant. Emergency at nearly midnight a man was with me in under an hour opened my door fitted a new lock and all for a brilliant price even cheaper than most places at civilised times? Very happy with the man that came he was polite and And done a proper job superb he was definitely recommended. 5 Stars ?? ????????
