I would like to thank staff at the EWM Aberfoyle with all my heart. Bought a expensive unusual shaped bottle of whiskey but when I opened the box on arrival home the glass bottle broke from the kneck down. I contacted the shop and without hesitation they arranged a replacement. Collette from the shop called to say she was coming through to Glasgow and would kindly meet me at a convenient place to hand over the replacement. I can't thank Collette and the rest of the staff enough as this is what great customer service is about . Bravo and thanks for the a fantastic shopping experience.

Weâ??re not shoppers but the outdoor demonstration and explanation of sheep varieties was quite interesting. Especially loved the collie gathering the geese.

Do turn up in time for the duck herding, it is quite entertaining. The shop is pretty big with a good selection of Scottish souvenirs.

Poor service in restaurant. Staff not interested and ignore customers. Rest of store ok. Won't be back.

We went in December so the animal farm was closed but the usual array of quality clothes for sale, as well as other bits like shortbread, whisky, etc. Nice cafeteria too.

Poor overall, ran out of food during lunch on a obviously to be busy day. Low stock with no sandwiches or cakes and practically no hot food. Ordered one if the last soups and had to share between us. Staff friendly and apologetic and coffee good though they had run out of hot chocolate too. Sorry for anyone coming in for next three hours. Pity, used to be much better run.

A wool processing center and store selling all manner of Scottish items. It has clean restrooms and a restaurant selling one of the best fish and chips in all of Britain. It also showcases farm animals such as Shetland sheep and horses.

It was probably a bit quieter than normal in this Woolen Mill due to the festive season. We were just passing through, there were a few offers for customers to buy!! Staff were friendly and helpful,!! I do think myself that the prices are a bit high but these shops are mainly aimed at tourists, but I do, like others like to have a wee look.

I'm not sure about the rest of the shop as I've never managed to get passed their well stocked and diverse whisky section. Very helpful staff always willing to walk you through the different options and offer up tasters for those uncertain yet budding scotch connoisseurs.
In the summer you also get a good selection of farm yard type animal entertainment shows.
