Sophie the barista really goes above and beyond in work, really made my day! Whenever she makes iced lattes they always turn out just right. Also, Laura is great company.
Since I absolutely love the viennese biscuits and the staff, the Burgh will be seeing a lot of me until you guys quit.

Beautiful setting and nice local art on the walls. Pastry tasted frozen but was tasty, while my flat white was thin and watery.

The place is sticky and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in way too long. One member of staff in particular is incredibly rude and I do not understand how he still has his job. He is unhelpful, snappy and ruins every trip to the Burgh I've ever had.
