It's an average Supermarket, but the staff are appalling. Constantly loitering and bickering, swearing in front of children, I even saw one slap another staff member. I was left genuinely wondering if they actually work here or were members of the public who happened to be wearing Tesco uniforms.

We are a family of 8 staying in a Stirling apartment for 6 nights. It is great that there is this store with a variety of food and drinks for reasonable price especially with a Tesco card.

They blocked the exits with more inane gates. Can't return to some of the chilled products because of this. We shouldn't be queuing twice for what we want to buy. Nor should we be queuing for the checkouts to leave the store when they inevitably don't have what we want.
You also wouldn't have a theft problem if you used the political power you have to raise the minimum wage higher.
Thankfully the staff here are helpful, go above and beyond, and attempt to mitigate the foolishness.

We visited Scotland every year, so I've seen lots of Tesco superstores around Scotland. This is by far the best vegan assortment! Love it! Will definitely be coming back to stock up. ??

I had to do an emergency shop for elderly parents on 2 January. The store was closing at 7pm. The security guard was one of the most unpleasant people I've encountered for a while. He kept following me around the store telling me to get to the till or my trolley would be taken off me. I only got some of my shopping and had to go elsewhere. I appreciate he is not employed by tesco but it is a reflection on customer service. He was also talking about me with other staff. The tesco staff were all very pleasant. I've not been back since.

Just want to say that the young lad that collects the trolleys is so helpful ,I am disabled and he always comes over to the car to take my trolley away for me or sometimes offers to lift stuff in for me if he is near me .He is so polite and always has time ,to tell you to have a nice day etc ,this boy is an absolute asset to your team
