Asked advice from the pharmacist (manager) started off well and then went it was hitting nearly 20 minutes waiting!!! I asked his member of staff how much longer - got attitude back and then when the Manager appeared with the prescription only to be told not to speak to his staff like that. At no time I was rude, I actually apologised for asking the question!!! 2 sides of a story Mr Manager.

slow, even though plenty staff, nothing ever in stock and very condescending to customers. Poor protection of patients confidentiality, a really poor chemists all in all which is a shame as it could potentially be great.

Items missing from prescription. Tried calling Pharmacy over 50 times constantly busy. So have to drive all the way back. Not good enough .Doctor decided to send my prescription to Tescos without asking.Think I'll go back to Lloyd's, more efficient.

The staff here were so lovely and friendly when I needed to pick up an emergency prescription - I saw them deal with some unfortunately rude customers whilst I waited and they were very patient with them as well.
