I was a tenant under Stirling property shop for 2 and a half years. During this time I was provided with a flawless service. Any issues with the accommodation were resolved extremely quickly and with the upmost professionalism. I had a very pleasant experience when it came to communicating with the property shop regarding moving in and out as well as with our deposit. Renting a property in Stirling can be very challenging and time consuming. It seems the demand is way higher than availability. I spoke with some people who invested several weeks, even months to get to find a place to live. Luckly, I was served by Claire and Stirling Property Shop staff. The only agent who was quickly responsive, who showed real interest in helping us find a flat to rent. We exchanged a couple e-mail's, a phone call, met to visit the place Claire suggested, and two days later the contract was signed. On a scale of 0 to 10 I would give them 11.
