I visited the branch this morning for an eye test and to pick out some new frames. an excellent experience - thorough, relaxed and attentive from start to finish. all the staff were so friendly and helpful - shout out to becca & nicola who clearly explained everything as they went along. first class customer service - thank you!

I visited the Stirling branch last week and had my OCT performed by Jack T, he was so friendly, professional and put me completely at ease. I then had my sight test done by Areba, who was also very friendly and gave great advice and recommendations. Craig then helped me choose my glasses and and finished up the last stages, he was very patient and nice. I have already recommended this branch to my entire family(2 of which have already visited and had the same fantastic service). All the other staff I came in contact with or heard talking to other customers were amazing and all so kind. Great atmosphere, 5 stars!

Been to many an opticians and a lot feel... medical ... there was a genuine warmth and friendliness from the people who work here that set me at ease straight away.Great service , brilliant advice from optician and great product.very happy I went here .

The best Specsavers I have ever been. Very professional and warm Team. Everyone was wearing PPE and I felt really safe. My new glasses were ready in 1,5h. I was really impressed, perfect fit. Thank you so much Guys, I will definitely come back.

I?m so very very pleased with my new Varifocal specs.. From the moment I entered the store I was approached with excellent customer care and service which continued through out my journey and receiving my Specs.I would highly recommend Specsavers as they are second to none!Many thanks to this store and their wonderful team!

Staff are all very friendly and take the time with each person to make your visit pleasant and go out their way to make sure you get the perfect glasses that are also in your budget. No trying to make you buy something that you can't really afford

I was booking a check-up after moving to the area. Extremely pleased with how easy it was to book online. Service was exceptionally good, with really attentive staff. I was particularly impressed by Lynsey (optician) who took the time to answer all of my questions during appt.. Felt really well cared for, and would definitely book again.
