“Went into Schuh in Stirling Yesterday to get my granddaughter school shoes. We were treated like VIPs by Hellie who was so patient with her and my grandaughter loved every minute and settled on a pair of Lelli Kelli ones. Hellie spent time to make sure they were a great fit and got her manager to check them for us.My grandaughter had seen them on TV and knew she got a makeup phone with them and the best but was at the end Hellie gave her a sticker with her name printed on it and it said we’ll done with a smiley face on it.This is what shoe shopping for kids should be like all the time.Thanks so much and my grandaughter said she wants to go back for some trainers now. ???”

“Never have i walked in this store with no uncomfortable "being watched" sensation. Prices very good for value and staff more than your usual 'huff..I'll have to check....another siiiiigggghhhhh". 5 outta 5 regardless of teenager 'tude.:should have said i have never went into store and felt uncomfy etc...”

“Visited the M\\u0026S cafe. Vegetable soup and toasties were delicious. Staff friendly. Reasonably priced. COVID protocols in place and staff following these. Plastic screens between tables. Would recommend and return.”

“Enjoy Newlook with my granddaughters. Only issue is they are very limited with sizes. Constantly advised to try online, sure, but that means ordering 2 sizes then having to return one.”

“Went in looking for a replacement for the boots I’ve been wearing all day every day for the past few years, since it not being winter none were out but the sales assistants were super helpful, I believe I was served by Abby, I gave them a description of my boots and she managed to find the new model on the system and luckily had my size! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, straight onto finding what I was hunting for, it was just a great experience. Thanks for making my usually dreaded shoe shopping into a positive interaction :)”

“Visited here to look for new trainers for going on holiday. Needed something comfy. I'd previously been in and bought a pair Karrimor running trainers which are really comfy.? I ended up buying another two different coloured pairs of the same kind on this visit. There is really a lot of choice in JD Sports, great shop with really decent prices. The staff were very nice too which makes for happy shopping ?”

“I bought a lovely dress there today. Great selection of dressy party and some work-clothes. I had help to look for a few options, the women in there were lovely and helped me find the perfect dress after a day of struggling all day long to find the right dress.”

“What can I say!. This wasn't just a meal but an experience. Just as I had foreseen the food was almost all fresh farm produce. The eggs were orange yoked, and organic, the bacon was clearly non-packed, thick-cut, the black pudding tasted like it di d back in the 60s and 70s i..e. soft and very paltible melting in the mouth, the sausages succulent, mushroom, large and excellent natural taste/quality, the tomato more that generous, the tattie-scone just as it should be / i.e. crispy, the haggis mouth-watering and taste-bud exploding and so so much more. The service was second to none, i.e. friendly, couthy, and helpful and the coffee capicino frothy, and an ideal complement for this tremendous meal. Needles to say that myself and my wife Alison took our time over this superb quizine.. I'm sure that Mt. Mr Ramsay (who is also Scottish) would have given this the big thumbs.. So myself and my wife shall definitely return for this outstanding breakfast and a morning's shopping . May all that's good be to all the staff for for them.”
