Donna was our saviour tonight! We got a puncture in the side wall of our tyre at 6:10pm the RAC was willing to strand myself, my husband, my daughter and my two dogs there until 1am in the morning! Donna couldn?t have been nicer or more helpful and even gave my wee girl a snack because we hadn?t had any dinner by 8pm. Outstanding service and help this wonderful lady has restored my faith in humanity! Will definitely be a loyal customer from now on! Thank you Donna!

I had a terrible experience at this fuel station. The way the staff member spoke to me was extremely rude and unprofessional. This isn?t the first time I?ve encountered such bad behavior here?it happens every time I visit. It?s incredibly disappointing and frustrating to be treated like this. I will no longer be coming to this place. The management seriously needs to address how customers are treated.

I fuel up here all the time but there is one member of staff who is extremely rude,no customer service skills at all,she is very intimating,she was shouting at me because she was having issues with my payment on the app,she was very angrily asking me to move to another pump and was irateand saying it wasn?t her fault,my partner says her behaviour was disgusting,won?t be back

Woman in there very rude I just asked to use toilet she refused coz asked juce case front of toilet door i asked can i move juce case to go in toilet she shouting at me . We was topped up 5 business cars every day from this pump but now not going back again. Not Recommend I think her name is Linda

Woman in there extremely rude and has no manners.Started off by shouting at me and rolling her eyes when I asked to pay for something separate.Then started coughing in my face not covering her mouth or looking away. Then started eating at the till.I?ve honestly never seen such bad service. Especially after covid your think she would know better. Was like some kinda comedy sketch about how bad service can be.
