Dropped into the bank to resolve an issue I couldn't resolve online.Basically left on the edge of tears. The staff just refused to help me, would barely let me finish my sentences and disregarded the fact I was wearing a hidden disability lanyard.Aspie review:This place is NOT accessibility friendly.I haven't actually had my issue resolved either.

In at lunchtime today. Very seldom use branch these days especially as there are none locally to me, but member of staff who dealt with me today couldn't have been more helpful with my particular transaction and seen right away.

Why is this branch now closed on a Saturday? I only get weekends off work so Saturdays are the only days I'm able to get into the branch. As soon as I can book time off on a weekday I'm closing my account and transferring to another bank with better opening times and better customer service. Rbs staff are always miserable and nippy

20 minutes on the phone, never got to talk to anyone, just digital excuses as to how busy they were, I started of 8th in some queue and was never informed of moving up, care line it is not.

Shut again with temporarily closed notice up with no explanation and not the first time thank god I do not have a personal account with them totally and utterly useless........................................

basically uncontactable. customer service of grizzly bear. they'll lock you of your online banking in an instant. is all too much.Security questions may randomly cover a joint account and if you get it wrong, you'll be locked out. You may be asked about your branch location - which they change monthly. I have had over 16 branches. This is a major security question. Don't know? You get locket out.TSB is great and for that matter Starling bank is also fantastic.

Royal Bank StirlingThey closed the bank in Alloa, Bridge of Allan and the other day when I needed to pay in money I travelled the 8 miles to Stirling only to find the the branch was closed and some stupid QR code notice stuck on the window so you could phone some call centre which was of no use to me, no text alert to warn customers that this was happening.So typical of large organisations that think they all do a wonderful job that in reality is about as sloppy as you could get considering all the technology they use and think is so wonderful

Can't actually comment on service, on the occasions I have tried to use bank queues were prohibitive now exacerbated by reduced opening hours. Despite the ability to do most transactions electronically there are times when you need to visit a branch.Banked with RBS for over 50 years, time to move to a bank which values customer service.

Very slow, the new setup of sitting around in different areas of a building doesnâ??t work. You now need to queue to get directed to a seat to then sit and wait in a â??virtual queueâ?. The staff are pleasant but a thankless task with the structure.
