Danny and all his team at Ramsay World Travel (Stirling) go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers!!! ?? Danny is just amazing.We had the most incredible holiday in NYC. Communication was brilliant from the beginning and the whole process of booking the holiday was really slick from start to finish. I cannot fault them. Thank you guys. Can?t wait for the next holiday now! ??

You guys are the worst. My sister and husband booked ( thru you) a holiday to visit me in California. On a transatlantic flight, you managed to get them separate seats. Bear in mind, they booked together and he had knee replacement surgery.They arrived shattered and grumpy. I think any travel agent would prebook seats together. .

After a successful initial meeting and booking of holiday with KerryAnn, this was the only positive experience we had in dealing with this branch. Emails with our train bookings went to my junk mail, through no fault of the agents, however did not contact us in any other way to provide us with information. When we required assistance in requesting information to book our seats on our outbound and inbound flights, I kept being told I already had this information, even when i did not, and had to request email addresses and booking numbers multiple times through Facebook messenger. When we arrived in Naples, the hotel was unfortunately a 45 minute underground ride from the city centre, costing us ?90 in a taxi and then wasting almost two hours a day travelling, nothing like city centre location we were promised. Upon complaining of this after my holiday, I was told by the manager David that I ?knew the address of the property when booking?. As someone who has never been to Italy and is trusting the ?experts? of a travel agent, it never crossed my mind to search the address of the hotel, as you usually wouldn?t with any holiday that was booked on your behalf. The underground rides stopped at around 7pm therefore meaning we could not experience the Naples nightlife as we would have wanted. We forked out on an apartment for one night, booked easily ourselves online, in order to have at least one night out on our trip. Later on our holiday, when boarding our train from Rome to Florence, we discovered our QR code tickets were invalid after speaking to another couple who had assigned seats with numbers and actual physical tickets. We then had to pay ?100 on the train to ensure we had a valid ticket each. By this point we have now paid over £300 of our own money to simply ?enjoy? the holiday we thought had been organised for us from a reputable travel agent. When complaining about this, we were told ?we have fallen victim to a scam by the railway company?. Given the fact we have a receipt and spoke to an English guard, this seems to be an excuse from Ramsey World Travel to cover their error. When collecting tickets, the QR code was not explained to us, and clearly was not valid for our journey. Every time I have emailed or spoken with David from head office. He has been extremely rude and unhelpful, and the customer service has been non-existent. My phone calls have been answered with ?Aye I?ve been trying to get a hold of you? and letters sent to my house which have been addressed incorrectly saying ?since I feel the need to complain again?? I have felt the need to complain due to the fact I have not been given the holiday I have paid for, and a £50 cheque in the post does not cover the issues we had to deal with. In addition, the lack of care or detail in the responses shows how unprofessional the ?manager? is and they have still failed to prove to us that there were ever any valid train tickets for the journey in question. It has been almost two months and I chose not to comment publicly however I now want to warn others of the experience we have had and how unhelpful the management has been in even attempting to rectify any of the issues we have raised, and I for one will never use the company again nor recommend them to anyone.

Been using Ramsay travel for years highly recommend! A big thank you to Danny for sorting out our holiday after all the hiccups!!he got us a great holiday to replace one that was cancelled few weeks before we went!!he highly recommended our new package holiday to parkim ayaz gumbet in which was a fantastic recommendation! Absolute AMAZING staff .. especially Danny . He really knows his holiday destinations . Guided us through our luxury break and advised us on travel insurance . If it wasn?t for him we would be lost ( literally) so 5 stars well deservedDon?t go anywhere else to book ?..??????????

Just over $800 additional fees for ?Villa insurance? which was neglected from the overall cost, alongside a mid size car which Ramsays incorrectly booked as a compact and we had to pay at the desk.Followed up by the disgusting accommodation which was given in which Ramsay will take nothing to do with and just give a phone number to the company here, despite them booking it.Cockroaches, chewing gum under counters, stains everywhere the list goes on. Disgusting treatment of customers.
