I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion. My deposit was also quickly returned to me at the end of the tenancy, without any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Yvonne and the Property Bureau to potential future renters.

My previous experience with renting had left me wary about letting agents but Yvonne from the Property Bureau in Stirling was such a breath of fresh air. Super helpful, professional, quick and kind. You could tell that she was genuinely looking for a win-win situation for tenant and landlord and usually found it. Leaving the rental property was also seamless - they expected it to be spotless (just as it was spotless when we moved in so I was happy with that) but were fair on wear and tear. I would not hesitate to rent via the Property Bureau in Stirling again. Thank you!

I have dealt with The Property Bureau for many years and can honestly say that they, that is Gordon and Yvonne, are fantastic. Always responded to any issues we had, nothing to much bother. Keep up the good work.

Been in a lovely property for 18 months, I?ve never had any issues. Yvonne made the move in process very quick and easy for us, and was willing to answer any questions we had quickly and professionally. Overall the experience we had with property bureau was extremely positive and I?d highly recommend using them.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!! from a tenants point of view they are a joke. Make up lies. Take weeks to respond. Don't answer calls. Leave you with fridge etc not working and don't respond. Honestly save your time, don't even rent just save your money and buy your own house. Horrible horrible people. Yvonne and Gavin in the stirling office are honestly just a joke don't get involved!!!!!!!! They discriminate against the younger generation & against the mentally ill. Have never been so depressed and filled with stress and anxiety since dealing with this disgusting company.

Overall a reasonably good experience. Not perfect, I would have liked some enquiries to be dealt with quicker i.e. fire alarm should be fixed quicker..... but overall they are reasonably good at getting back to their tenants.

After letting my home to tenants that they got in for me for 2.5 yrs, everthing they asked for or needed replaced I done asap - I had left the property immaculate.Got email saying that the handover went well and to release the tenant deposit. This I agreed.I had a look over my property a week after they vacated to put on the market .What a surprise I got, 8 broken kitchen tiles .cooker swimming in grease, light bulbs broken and broken part left in , house smelling , shower blocked, garden trashed .I had to get professional cleaners, gardener to tidy up the mess they left and repaint everywhere. I had to scrub all slabs as completely cover in green/black mould, waste bins were disgusting.Whatever you do - please don't use this company to let out your property.

Edit: This review had nothing to do with the deposit, which, by the way, everyone agreed to. This is purely based on my experience and opinion about how the agency deals with things from a tenants point of view :)

All of the staff at Property Bureau Stirling have been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my time in their letted property - from providing spare heaters in times of need to offering their help when relocation came around again they have been brilliant. Highly recommend stopping in to have a chat if you're looking for a new property - I dealt mainly with Yvonne who is a huge asset to the company and her customers.
