I went shopping with my son and husband at Primark. We really enjoyed the shopping experience ? the staff was very nice and friendly, and the quality of the clothes was also very good, though there?s still room for improvement.

Customers lined up round the checkout , one till operating, staff standing doing nothing at the self scanners, and wouldn't open another till, shopped here for years , but I won't be back, Matalan tried this a few years ago... Forcing customers to self scan... And I haven't been back there since either. I don't work for Primark!

Today my friend and I were at the disabled till and we were given a lot of abuse, accused of jumping the queue, not disabled etc etc. The cashier was lovely and said ignore them. I was embarrassed enough using it because I knew people would judge. This has affected us deeply and I will endure pain just to stand in the queue rather than go through that again.

Very loud , no space to move around without people walking infront of you. When you have a pram you want shopping to be peaceful and pleasant. But I just keep moving thinking of my family and keeping the day as pleasant and happy as possible. Day was absolutely awesome with my amazing partner and young son ???

I went in to return a jacket that I had bought in the Edinburgh store in Dec 2024. Under one arm all the stitching had come off and it was leaking filling. I live in Moray and during a trip to Stirling thought it would be a good opportunity to return the faulty jacket. I was flat out refused by manager who said it was over 6 months ago since I bought the jacket, when it clearly stated Dec on the receipt and I attempted to return it today April 5th. I would have settled for a voucher which I would've spent there and then, but instead we left and will never spend in Primark again. Very poor policy and customer service. Beware.

11am today absolute disgrace of a shop I was trying to get a refund for an item purchased a 32a bra set which came with xxl bottoms which makes zero sense as if you were an xxl no offence meant but surely you'd be in an A to match such as a 38 I was basically made to feel by cashier 13 that these were dirty pants she made me feel like a tramp and Im certainly not I am autistic and have cptsd I can not reiterate enough retraining is clearly needed if you cannot adapt to change or different situations then unfortunately I don't think this is the correct job for said staff member downright rude and cheeky to the point I've burst out crying in my car this is my last visit absolutely horrific experience avoid Stirling primark even jump on the bus to dunfermline much better friendlier staff with more products you actually want to buy I can easily spend £200 where as Stirling I just want to go home clearly there's a massive issue here noone said anything at all they just stared at me I find the female staff here especially incredibly pick me and bitchy which is evidently clear by the judgemental woman on the till.

A good, useful range of items, inexpensive and interesting.Checkout staff are variable; some helpful and polite; others not, and lacking in normality and any sort of manners or professionalism. Sadly, that seems unusually common in Stirling, and surrounding areas...
