Paid for the Premier Plus room with free WiFi. Turns out the rooms at the end of the corridor the WiFi does not work!!!!!!
It also turns out that senior management have known about this issue for over 2 months but have not sorted this out.
I need the WiFi for work plus to watch my firestick in the evening
Very poor from Premier Inn plus they are contracted to provide WiFi for this room.

Nice place. Quiet. Only fault i have is that my room was extremely although there was a fan in the room but it was circulating warm air. Could do with the window being able to open a bit wider. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Easy to find.

Room was extremely dirty - bathroom full of hairs , cobwebs - not sure when it was last cleaned. Staff promised to do a deep clean but never happened . Checked out 2 days early , steer clear of this Premier Inn .Took photos to prove state of room and assist in refund .Past experience of Premier Inns has always been very positive however not this location !
Rooms: DIrty and tired , only stayed the one night .House keeping team non existent!

At time of visiting the building was under repair so a section was closed off for refurbishment.

Rooms: It?s not 5star Hotel .but customer service was great.room good also very quiet surrounding.price was also good close to kelpies and Falkirk wheel.
Food and drinks: We went to next door for dinner .Restaurant was not busy but we have to still wait for our food .breakfast was good.

We stayed one night at hotel, it is neat and clean property. Staff is very helpful, our phone charger pins didn?t match sockets in the room, front desk provided us adapter for the same. Breakfast was good.

We stayed for two days. I read comments that it was dirty and that the service was not nice, but it was quite the opposite. It's clean and the service is as it should be, they don't care about satisfying the customers, they just do their job from me, 5 for the service. Tasty and fresh meals, everyone will find something for themselves. For me, everything is ok and I can recommend this place to the next person with a clear conscience.

Room was filthy, bed sheets dirty, strong damp odour in the room that despite having the window open. Unable to stay in the room due to the above.
Approached reception with concerns and was not offered a change of room or servicing of room. We told the receptionist of our intentions to leave. This was not noted and our concerns were never logged.
Spoke to guest relations and they deny having any evidence of our stay ending early as it was no updates on the system. Our arrival and subsequent departure would be evidenced on the CCTV cameras in the reception at the very least. After 3 MONTHS after initial contact, they finally get back to me. No refunds offered because there was no record. Feels like an easy way out of refunding customers who were dissatisfied with spending hundreds of pounds for their stay and receiving a dirty room!
We had to then pay more money to stay in a different hotel. We were never asked to send proof to receipt or stay in the other accommodation we had to pay out for, which would further prove we did not stay in the premier in. So disappointing.
This has put me off ever staying at a premier inn again, despite being regular customers before!!
