The staff in here are so rude & unhelpful every time ive had to go in. Today I had my baby with me so needed to get the lift upstairs. He would not sell me an envelope and said I needed to go downstairs to buy it. I said I have my baby can you not help and he just shrugged. What post office doesn't sell envelopes? Ive been in here about 3 times in my life and every time they are so rude. Its mainly the guy on the right to be fair. Honestly avoid unless you want to have a bad day

Both my husband and myself needed our passports renewed. Instead of going back and forth with the paper forms we decided to pay to have the post office do it for us. I phoned them on the previous Thursday to ask if they did that service and what would we need to bring with us. Answer- Yes the service is available Monday to Saturday, 9am till 4pm, you don't need an appointment, just bring your passport with you. I went in today (Saturday 19th April) I joined the queue and went up to the desk when I was called. I told the woman I wanted to renew my passport. She said, I'm on my own here, can you come back in an hour. I said, no not really I'm busy. She said well we are short staffed and the other lady is on her break. This was at 11.45am. She said if you come back about 1pm we should be able to do it then. By that time she will be back and I will have had my break. Fine, I'll come back later. I went back at 12 35pm and told them that I was here and I would take a seat until they were ready for me. Meanwhile all the other customers were being served, more and more joining the queue and I was still left sitting. None of them attempted to call me so at 1pm I stood up and asked if they were ready for me. With a grudge, she said, ok come up now. Her attitude was disgraceful, moaning that they were short staffed and it wasn't her fault. She made me feel I was a total inconvenience to her, as though I was just wasting her time. I'd had enough by this time. I said to her, DO NOT think you are doing me a favour. I'm paying £110.50p for this service. WHY OFFER THE SERVICE IF YOU CANT DO IT. They can do the service but only if - they are not short staffed, or if, no one is on their break, or if, the queue isn't too long, or if, I can't be bothered today, or if, BLAH BLAH BLAH. To pay an extortionate amount of money for a task that took her 10 minutes to complete is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. How dare she say she is to busy to do it???? It's a service they offer, it shouldn't matter how long it takes to do it. They are charging big bucks for it so I would expect a decent service. My husband arrived 10 minutes after I had left, and they refused to do his because they were to busy. If this is the best that Royal Mail can produce then they can keep it. By the way, get your staff trained in customer service. If the one that we dealt with today is acceptable to you then you really don't give a toss about the customers who keep your doors open. SHAMEFUL !!!!
I will also complain to Royal Mail directly about my experience in their post office in WH Smith in Stirling. I don't expect a decent response to my email. The previous bad reviews obviously have not prompted them to strive for better for their customers. Reviews are there for a reason, act on them.

Brilliant service with filling in our 2 passport applications ?, thank you so much! I'm sorry we didn't get the name of the colleague who served my husband and me, but since she filled in the details on her tablet for us, she'll recognise my name ?

Today Saturday I went with my Son to exchange a £10 banknote for 2 £5 banknotes. There was no queue, the guy was counting some cash and said '' just wait a minute please '' and he sounded very bossy. When we said what we needed to do, he said that he could not do that. We have done the same thing in another post office and he could not bother his rear side. That guy with the glasses and the beard does not know what customer service is, he sounded very unpleasant and rude and he is incompetent and useless. I can not agree more with the rest of the reviews in google at the same branch.

Rude blonde woman with a piercing on her nose. Apparently is very funny that I made a mistake when counting the money that I was going to deposit, as she was laughing at this and telling this to her colleague in my face.

Very rude staff.
I came to pick up a package, the rude lady said that I can't give this address and pick up packages here because I'm not an employee of this post office. I explained that it's a pick up point and I chose it online on the store's website because I work and I can't pick it up at home. The lady didn't accept any arguments. What's going on!!!??? I've picked up many packages here that's why I'm shocked. No comments.

It feels like the staff at this post office are being paid to be rude. A little kindness would go a long way in making the experience better for everyone.

Chris Anne - the rudest cashier I?ve met. First thing she said was that I was standing in the wrong line (same line I?ve stood in every other time I?ve been? No issue?) Once cleared up she complained I hadn?t written down quantities of notes I was giving (again, never been an issue before). Wouldn?t have minded if she wasn?t so up herself about it! Talked down to me as if my ?manager? was going to get on at me, quickly responded that I am the manager. Probably thought it was my first time because of my age however that behaviour was in acceptable either way. She knew I was there for my job too, not like I wanted to be there!

I always hate going into this post office. I think it's my least favourite one I have ever been in. The older assistant has a really bad attitude. Always an awful experience with her.
