I initially took my laptop somewhere else for repair and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I can't to phone doctors and my laptop was fixed within some minutes. I will definitely recommend this place

Would not recommend. I went in to see about my laptop screen getting fixed. Was told it would be either £90 or £150 depending on the screen, which they could only find out after taking off the screen from my laptop. I was happy to leave the laptop with them and be contacted with a price. Over a week went past and I was not contacted so went into the shop and was shocked when I was told it would be £500!! To buy a brand new version of the same laptop is £169.99. The work hadn't been completed thankfully so I didn't have to pay but I am disappointed that I wasn't contacted and am confused as to why it would cost £500?!?!?

Service from team was great they replace my phone screen on short notice so can?t fault, unfortunately the phone now glitches a lot and the cameras play up along with paying things with the phone

I discovered my charging port on my Google Pixel 6A was faulty came here staff are very honest and helpful good service got my phone back perfect the next day.

Called too ask if could take my phone in was told yes, when I got there the guy wasn?t even in so wasted £6, guy behind counter asked what I wanted told him was battery in iPhone 5s and was asked how I knew it was that phone like I was stupid, either that or he don?t have a clue about phone

Just picked up my iPad after having part of the charger stuck in! Fixed within a few hours and very reasonable cost. Very friendly staff who were very knowledgable. Very happy with their service. Would recommend them

Best phone service I?ve had! I?ve had to replace my iPhone screen twice (at other phone repair shops) because it couldn?t sense my finger. He opened my phone up, told me that the screens being used were cheap. He was able to fix the problem moving some wires around. He?s very knowledgeable, and he didn?t charge me anything for his time and service!! Such nice people in there!

Came in with a laptop in need of the charging port to be replaced, did not expect too much as the name of the store suggests it is only for phone repair but was pleasantly surprised when I have been made an offer on my replacement and given a time and price. Was not disappointed and would definitely recommend it for anyone in need of any hardware fixing on their devices

iPhone wouldn?t start-up & battery wouldn?t charge - contacted Stormfront (now called Select - Apple shop in the Thistles) who said they would only check the charging port was clean. I had already done that. They advised to take it to Phone Doctorz in Murray place as they were ?excellent? & so it proved. They diagnosed the problem in no time, replaced the battery & I had a working phone back within hours. Phone Doctorz are also very reasonable on price - couldn?t believe how cheap my phone was fixed for. Was going to get a new phone & was stressing about getting all my data transferred on to it from the old phone but I?m not going to bother.Phone Doctorz - great service, great price.
