Went In there today to get a temp rabbit cage for my rabbit so she?d be safe during the storm.
I asked a girl who was cleaning out where these were, I then asked if I could get one in pink. She went away and brought another woman with her. This woman looked angry she came back and said she had one but it wasn?t built I asked if it could. She looked absolutely raging said I?d have to wait 10 minutes until she did that. I could hear really noisy banging. After a few minutes I went up and said excuse me I?m not sure if that girl heard what I said I wanted a pink one and the one that was getting build wasn?t pink and twice the size. She looked absolutely so angry I said I?d show her the one I wanted which I did and could I get a hand with it as my hands were full. It was as if I?d asked her to do something completely outwith her job role. She banged it off something along the way to till.
I then asked if I could get a hand d to my car, she dramatically started putting plastic bags on her head. This persons attitude was seriously unpleasant and made me feel really uncomfortable. I would not recommend this store experience I used to go there just a few years ago and everyone was so helpful. Next time I will go elsewhere.

Horrible experience as a disabled wheelchair user shopping in the stirling branch of pets at home today 10/2/25. If I could give zero stars I would!!
Was unable to reach anything I wanted and nobody (as usual) was about to help me so went to the till to ask for help and the girl on the till just looked at me and said if I went back over then she'd come help, so I did, however she didn't come help me!!!
I waited in the spot for more than 5 minutes and went to ask her again, this time she was helping some random able bodied customer who had just entered the store. Told her in front of customer I had already requested her help yet she just made a disgusted face at me. Eventually she came over a further 10 mins later and made it clear she wasn't happy about having to help me!!!!
Pets at home this is a DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL WAY to treat your customers, especially those of us that are in a wheelchair and CAN?T REACH ANYTHING IN YOUR STORE!!! I WAS a loyal customer for many years but now I WON'T be back to your store and will instead shop elsewhere at Jolleys where at least they treat ALL customers with respect!!!
