Sold our house through Paciti jones and completed last month. Although we got a good price for our house. FeelThis wasn?t down to Paciti Jones it?s self. We done all our own viewings ( our choice ) and all done via portal. Which is good. Had to redo some of the photos our self to.But let down by the fact that we had very little contact from anyone in person. Nothing after we agreed with a price on closing day .Not even a thank you for selling through them. Would not use in house solicitors either. Had to chase them . Would not use again

After a very poor experience with another letting agent in the Stirling area under recommendation we moved to Pacitti Jones with David Mooney and Mikki Rennie. The recommendation was spot on, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive David and Mikki have removed the stress of being landlords from us. Communication from the team to us is always excellent and the team are very responsive to our questions. I am sure that this makes for a great experience for the tenant as it does us as landlords. We could not recommend the team at Pacitti Jones highly enough. In particular Mikki Rennie who has helped us navigate through as novice landlords. Brilliant service thank you Pacitti Jones!

This is the best letting agency in Stirling for students. Mikki Rennie and David Mooney were friendly and professional, and any problems we might have had were solved very rapidly. Having been with various other agencies in Stirling, we would not recomend anyone other than Pacitti Jones.

David was a pleasure to chat with when he visited our home, explaining everything in a very professional and friendly manner... our sale was then passed to Mikki, who kept us updated with everything and was equally an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and spot on with everything.
