Fantastic service ! I?m new to glasses so initially went to boots (I didn?t know any better) but when I was let down with sorting me out with a pair of sunglasses for my bike ,I found optical illusions on the internet . They managed to sort out my Harley Davidson wrap around sunglasses with prescription lenses with no hassle and at a fraction of the costs I was quoted from boots . Quality of work is excellent and the customer service is brilliant , they even gave my normal glasses a quick repair While I was collecting my sunglasses . It?s a breath of fresh air to go somewhere that?s not out to fleece every penny from there customers . A good quality service at a very affordable price what more could you ask for .

I couldn't recommend Optical Illusion more! Their customer service is fabulous. I now have specs that I can see properly with. They reglazed my old frames and adjusted them so that they fit better than they ever have before. I'm delighted and relieved to not be irritated by my glasses any longer.Do yourself a favour, book an appointment, you won't regret it! 5*

Had an eye test today and would thoroughly recommend Andrew. Eye tests are not my favourite thing to get done but he put me at ease and explained everything. Wont worry about my next visit. Scott is great too if you need new glasses or repairs. Five star all round.

Optical Illusion to the rescue! Small on the outside, big on the inside. My glasses broke on Monday and with no spare pair to hand, was faced with the prospect of a week off work waiting for new ones until I had the notion to try the unassuming, modest premises of Optical Illusion. I went in to Optical Illusion at 8.45am on Tuesday, and came out with a smart new pair of specs 30 minutes later, for a very reasonable price. Miraculous. They not only have the willingness to help, but they also have a high tech lab with the capability to help, right here in Stirling. Highly recommended.

Optical Illusion?s selection of frames is fantastic and the team have been great at picking out styles that suit me and making adjustments so they fit perfectly.Before coming here, I put off getting glasses because I could never find any that I felt comfortable wearing but I?ve loved every pair of glasses I have had from Optical Illusion!Additionally, the eye tests I have had here have been far more accurate than any other optician I have ever been to and I?m amazed by how clearly I can see when I leave with new glasses.Everyone who works here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, I seriously can?t recommend this place enough!

I went there because of broken glasses while on vacation, and the opticians very kindly tried to solve my problem. They offered me several options, and it was finally with a very strong and free glue point on my branch that I left for the rest of my trip.
