Furniture arrived damaged for which we were offered compensation as opposed to returning furniture and reordering or getting a refund. 8 weeks later and despite numerous phone calls - many of which there appears to be no record of - , photos being sent and a identity verification done in the Stirling store , we still have no payment. Been told today that payment will be in account by Friday otherwise we will get a management call. Shocking customer service so far. Amateur company.

Kitted my whole flat out with oak furniture land products. Bed, Tv unit, nest of tables, bedside tables, lamp table, wardrobe, coffee table and chest of drawers.Don?t look at the prices and think it?s an expensive shop either cos whatever you buy from here will never need replaced. This is why when a member of staff asks if I?d like to take out an extended warranty I always refuse it. What?s the point when their stuff lasts forever anyway?

Wishing I could give Oak Furniturland 0 stars! And here is few reasons as to why1. We ordered the sofa and all was well considering sofas can take a while to come they advised 2 weeks. The 2 weeks came round and an HOUR before the couch was due to be delivered they contacted us to advise they can no longer deliver the sofa and couldn?t give us a definitive reason as to why it was cancelled. My fiancée had to take a DAYS unpaid emergency holiday so we missed out on a days wage.Sofa then arrived the next day. Thinking all was well, we went to recline the 3 seater and one of the decliners hair wouldn?t work at all. Wouldn?t even go up!! Which brings me on to reason 22. I then contacted the customer service team who by the way RUDE and very unhelpful. They advised we need to send photos of the damage. I advised there is no physical damage it is the motoring system that isn?t working. ?Yeah, we still need photos? are you joking???? Of what??? We took photos of the motor itself. Wasn?t good enough so just sent them a photo of the sofa and that was it. Nothing. Never heard from them for a few days so phoned AGAIN and explained I hadn?t heard a thing. Was then advised ?it can take 2 weeks cause we need to send a part to YOU for a technician to then come out and fix? I?d had enough and raised a complaint as we hadn?t received s care kit. Took 100 pound off the bill which was for premium delivery that NEVER happened anyways???Long story short, it?s been 3 and a bit weeks and STILL nothing has been fixed when it was a brand new sofa. NOT good enoughI will NEVER EVER EVER order fro here again and if you have ANY sense I wouldn?t order here. Absolute shambles of a company and I hope nobody ever has to go through what we haveDisgusting ?

We visited all 3 sofa shops in the retail park, between service, product and cost Oak furnitureland wins hands down. They have a clean and spacious showroom with masks, gloves and hand gel at the door, the staff are brilliantly knowledgeable while giving you space to make a decision. Got our order placed and have quick delivery in place ?

Staff are all over you until you question delivery charges and then they are willing to lose a 2k sale by not even discussing alternatives. Avoid it as you need to assemble it all yourself. As well going to ikea!!! Really unimpressed by staffs attitude.

Received my dining table and chairs end of February well pleased delivery men were very courteous yesterday my sideboard and nest of tables were delivered again the delivery men were courteous My first delivery was on the date I was given second delivery was only a week late I am over the moon with the furniture.I cannot fault this company from Colin in Stirling shop to the four delivery men .

Store clean airy and bright. Well layed out with furniture set up in rooms by style. Member off staff was doing a bit of hoovering when we entered. Just tiding around the door area. Another staff member greeted us and was welcoming but without being pushy.Canny stand pushy.We looked round and everyone was friendly and helpful. We made some purchases smoothly.So far excellent. Will update on delivery and quality when it happens.

Sales team don't know their stock and lie to get a sale.Delivery team rude, lazy and unhelpful.Customer service team may as well not exist, completely useless.Won't be visiting again.

Great selection of furniture. We bought our bedroom furniture here and went back to look at sofas. We will most likely buy the one we like from here. The staff are also great and a good ones way system round the shop.
