Just had my beautiful Noah Mango Wood Bed frame, bedside table and large TV unit delivered. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous and the wood grain is so great. The Delivery drivers were friendly and put my bed together fast and professionally. Would recommend getting furniture here, and looking at getting another mango piece of furniture. ?????

I've personally had a great experience shopping here so far. The staff aren't at all pushy with you which is nice. They are not on an individual commission basis like some of their competitors but rather they are on a store-wide target based bonus which means you don't have to worry about individual sales representitives trying to upsell you or force you to make a decision then and there.The staff all seem very non-judgemental and very helpful. They offer their assistance and tell you where you can find them and let you wonder and explore the store at your own leisure and pace without any issues or interuption and you don't feel like you're being hawkishly watched in the process as you sit, lay and make use of the display funiture. They are knowledgable and inform you of sales and any information you might want to know about a product, product line, delivery or service and are generally just extremely helpful. They seem genuinely keen to help you make the right decision for you and are keen to make the sale process as smooth as possible.The prices are resonable for the quality you recieve, the wear garuntees are long and reassuring and the stores are clean and nicely laid out. The up-sells are minimal and the store representitives are extremely honest about what things are covered under the warranty and accident protection options and what isn't and are candid about their thoughts on each option.They infomed me about a funiture cleaning kit that they offer, how to use it and let me know that I can buy it on its own in the future when I need it rather than with the sale of my furniture which was appreciated as that wasn't an option at some of the competitors I shopped around at who insisted I purchase it with my sofa.Delivery on many items is prompt (within a week) however some made to order stuff does have longer manufacturing times of up to four months but they are upfront about this and it is roughly inline with their competitors. They offer three tiers of delivery, I chose the middle option as it allowed me to schedule my delivery far in the future while still taking advantage of an incredible Janurary sales price that would've expired had I waited till I need it. This option is convient as it allowed me to select a delivery date more than 8 months away with the option of moving it forward whenever I want. (as soon as one week from today).I haven't recieved my items yet however based on the experience I've had so far I have no doubts it will be a good one (and I will adjust my review accordingly if it isn't). My only complaint is their credit offerings are somewhat lacking and they no-longer accept American Express. There is no interest free credit option for purchases below two thousand pounds which seems excessive as some of their competitiors offer interest free credit for up-to five years on purchases over one thousand pounds and the 15% APR on purchases below that number feels mildly preditory to me.

Definitely no ?I? in this team.Re-furnished 2 bedrooms before Christmas with excellent service during purchase but you never truly know till a problem arises do you ? Well, on delivery there were 2 or three ?Getting absolutely no where with the customer service team I took my frustrations back to store (Stirling) Absolutely no comparison to the customer service centre.The staff in store listened to my problems and frustrations with customer service (or ranting !!! sorry guys) decided who was dealing with what and everything was sorted quickly, efficiently and most importantly with genuine smiles and apologies.Returning yesterday in the search for new sofas I received the same great sales service. No one followed me around with hard sell tactics that drove me from other sofa stores but there was always someone on hand when I had a question.2 new sofas purchased (Added bonus that they accepted cash payment)Obviously can not speak for other stores but highly recommend Stirling Oak Furniture World. This team have got it spot on. THANK YOU.

Worst company going never and a mean never get anything from here got a new couch it got delivered broken and dirty got a second 1 exact same thing phone up get spoke to like dirt then wee ask for a refund they say no and basically make us get a 3rd from them plus the money they owe is still not in the bank as a said a won't ever shop there again if a could rate it 0 stars a would avoid at all cost

Furniture arrived damaged for which we were offered compensation as opposed to returning furniture and reordering or getting a refund. 8 weeks later and despite numerous phone calls - many of which there appears to be no record of - , photos being sent and a identity verification done in the Stirling store , we still have no payment. Been told today that payment will be in account by Friday otherwise we will get a management call. Shocking customer service so far. Amateur company.
