Accused twice of being racist because I told a staff member I didn't understand what customer services were saying to me on the phone and to top it off after being a customer for over 10 years the woman threatened to throw me out of the store.All this because they have billed me and taken my money twice and surprise surprise she could do nothing about it,think they should teach there staff the difference between racism and comprehension, worst experience ever,left the store with my fiancee embarrassed and disgusted.

Visited the store last Friday with a phone screen which wasn't functioning.I was greeted by Zoe who was able to put the phone through warranty which was a relieve as it would have cost around £600 in total (costs including cost of phone and cost to upgrade).Also managed to lose my tracking ID and was fully updated about what was happening with the phone with a quick phone call with Chris.Very happy with the service and I will be continuing to use O2 for the foreseeable. Highly recommend.

Michelle and Fraser sorted my SIM/phone issue within minutes. Courteous and Efficient despite me thinking I knew what was wrong. Walked in without an appointment as well. Can't thank them enough!

friend visited the store to enquire about a 20% mid contract price increase she was offered another recontract which is how my friend got saddled with a uncompetitive 2 year sim only deal in the first instance. Customer service lady got annoyed and defensive when I asked about PAC and mid term cancellation charge.

Fantastic 10/10 Service! I was served by a man call Mark, who greeted me at the door and answered all my questions about different phones, contracts and prices. He even tailored my phone contract deal to fit my specific needs, and this saved me a lot of money which was my biggest objection. He was very professional and I left feeling valued as a customer, I will be returning to Mark in future as I believe he will always get me a good deal. Great choice in staff O2 Stirling, a valuable member of your team!!!

I have tried to phone this shop 15 times In the last month to find out if a phone is in stock to save me a 40 mile round trip. Not once has someone picked up the phone. This is not a staff problem they are very helpful in the times I have been in store in the past, this is a company problem most likely understaffing, I can't find a way to contact them other than a phone they won't answer.I found it absolutely hilarious that a phone company can't answer a phone me and my work colleagues have been splitting our sides at this all morning ???Wat a shambles 02 ??

We cannot thank Kym enough at your Thistle store today in Stirling. We had our two boys with us 11 and 9 who wanted phones for Christmas. One of our sons has autism and both are very chatty. This can make shopping a bit of a nightmare. Kym was well able to handle conversations about Pokémon etc while still having time to guide us through best options for boys. Nothing was difficult for her and the whole experience was made enjoyable and relaxing knowing that she understood the boys needs. I hope Kym sees this and knows what a wonderful, kind person she is. Two very happy boys and parents all set for Christmas. Thank you again Kym
