I went to O2 in Stirling today to discuss an issue relating to my latest bill. Mark, Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved with the billing area of O2. His knowledge and customer service skills were excellent. Thanks again Mark for all your help. O2 is very lucky to have you in their employ.

Staff here not very helpful and contradicted advice given by online support staff who advised the shop would help if I provided ID of account holder and myself. This was a technical issue and not a breach of confidentiality or data yet they refused to help. Thankfully store in Falkirk were much more helpful and fixed issue in 2 minutes after I travelled there instead.

the past 3 months i have been trying to get my number transferred to my new account, i must?ve spoke to 15+ people on the phone to o2, of which only one person managed to transfer my number but still didn?t have my sim card. finally got fed up waiting for it to arrive and went into the o2 store in stirling where kyle helped me, he was able to very quickly get into my account and active a sim card for me, he was very helpful and i?m very grateful to finally be able to have service and data after paying £50 to an account i haven?t had access to.

Why on earth won't someone answer the phone?? I believe they have it on silent as been trying for 3 days . Ridiculous for a phone company to ignore calls. All they say is sorry and post a link to complain

Deeply disappointed. I needed to get an older phone working. They left me to finish the job on my own at home. Of course I couldn?t, but who cares - I?m just an old man. I?ll never go back.

Accused twice of being racist because I told a staff member I didn't understand what customer services were saying to me on the phone and to top it off after being a customer for over 10 years the woman threatened to throw me out of the store.All this because they have billed me and taken my money twice and surprise surprise she could do nothing about it,think they should teach there staff the difference between racism and comprehension, worst experience ever,left the store with my fiancee embarrassed and disgusted.

Visited the store last Friday with a phone screen which wasn't functioning.I was greeted by Zoe who was able to put the phone through warranty which was a relieve as it would have cost around £600 in total (costs including cost of phone and cost to upgrade).Also managed to lose my tracking ID and was fully updated about what was happening with the phone with a quick phone call with Chris.Very happy with the service and I will be continuing to use O2 for the foreseeable. Highly recommend.

For a shop selling phones it would be good if they picked up the phone rather than letting it ring out.
