Staff here not very helpful and contradicted advice given by online support staff who advised the shop would help if I provided ID of account holder and myself. This was a technical issue and not a breach of confidentiality or data yet they refused to help. Thankfully store in Falkirk were much more helpful and fixed issue... read full comment
