Had a great experience here! Lots of sale and clearance clothes as well as regular priced items, clearance items on the second floor and can be really good value for money. Tried on a few items and they fit me well, had been struggling to find items which fit me in other stores earlier in the day but was happy that I felt with a few items from New Look. Would definitely comeback to this store again, great value for money!

Had to return tops I got in the sale. They no longer do credit notes.... had to get an exchange as it was near closing it was a bit of a rush!

I love New Look but felt it was really cold in shop and I noticed staff wearing outside jackets in store not a good look so had to cut short my day out as I was so cold

I will admit that new look have a fantastic variety of clothes even for those of us ladies who are in the 18+ sizes. However I feel like the store stop at 26 and this limits what we can get and where we can go.

Great for shoes but a bit lacking in what used to be a better shop. Nice big store with a good womans selection but you can see how little range they have compared to what they used to show. Seems to have moved online and handy for a quick stop but seems very empty and a lack of sizes lets them down.
