Our first visit to a Nando's restaurant, to be honest we picked it due to it's proximity to our hotel as my mother cannot walk far and we are unfamiliar with Sterling.
It was brilliant, from the moment we arrived. The service was great, the food delicious and the restaurant, whilst very busy, was running really smoothly. The staff were truly excellent, patient, friendly and working really hard.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. A staff member explained the full menu and ordering due to us having an allergy. The food was fantastic, and the bottomless peach ice tea was a lovely treat.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu - £6.25 for Main & 2 sides. Includes drink or dessert.

Place is a joke.
Placed an ordered at 7.20pm through nandos app. 1 hour later get a call from the delivery guy to say he was at the drop off which was 10 minutes away from my house and refused to bring the food and wanted the code to say he delivered the food to the wrong place. Called customer care to be told that there was a pin error to call the nandos restaurant. Called the restaurant and got the manager to be told they would remake the food and send out with another driver and will take another 10 to 15 minutes. 45 minutes pass and no food turned up. Called the restaurant again and the girl we got basically said the food was never prepped, made or sent out then told they can't refund us. Fantastic service time now 9.30pm

The quality of the food was of low quality and the Cole Slow was not recommended. Spanish tomato salad??? never again for me!

As a frequent customer of Nando?s, we decided to visit the Stirling restaurant after its makeover only be told by a member of staff we can?t wait inside and to ?go away?. Really? I don?t think this is customer service at all given the fact Nando?s isn?t a cheap meal out. Sadly, after many years of visiting this restaurant, we won?t be back if this is how Stirling Nando?s treats its customers. Appalling.

Chain stores are always trustworthy. If u have just arrived in a new environment and are still hesitant about what to eat, then choose them.

Can?t even explain how nice the staff are , me and my partner received last collection order got home and the dietary/disability impairments / requirements were not met/wrong order received . Therefore unfortunately we could not eat it, David (the manager) asked us to explain the person my partner spoke to and what time and what was in the order, then was very attentive and soon to address the entire issue, by replacing the same order as last night. I cannot explain the utmost perfect standard. Also happened to see place was well kept/clean and the other staff seemed to work brilliant ? overall 10/10 service

The parking is a paid parking, nandos should have something for its customer to redeem or charge back on the parking fee. Otherwise nothing to fault on the ambience, service or the food
