Went into BK for tea and it was just closing. The boy took the order even though there were only 2 staff on that night. The buckets were over flowing and I could see they were stressed out but they were so nice. I hope the manager came in to help with all the cleaning that night. Thanks lads,

I guess the best thing about this place would be that it's got toilets ? they are clean and well maintained .. That is the only reason I have given 3 stars, the fuel is over priced, so is the food and supermarket items. I'd rather take a slight detour to a smaller fuel station off the motorway than be ripped off

Huge service stop. Ideal for travelling with dogs as there is some green spaces with a small pathway to walk the dog. Hotel, Greggs, Burger King, Costa coffee, WHSmith, M\\u0026S shop all located there. The toilets were okay ish. Not in the best working order but clean. Typical service station prices ( I thought they are even higher than the usual service station prices)

Clean, presentable, well staffed. Unfortunately usual high motorway service station prices and there is a huge pothole back onto main road. Plenty parking and space to exercise pets.

We called at the services at Stirling this morning on our way to the airport. I have never been served by someone so rude. On walking into the building and going to the Costa coffee shop we were met by a lady behind the counter who was definitely put out by our custom. Rude and ignorant, I asked for coffee n she told me how much it was before I had finished my purchase, I wanted a cake and she didn't even bother to leave the til to get the cake she just shouted the triangle one? £9.45 altogether. I could have been as she had made herself a sandwich and was put out that she had to serve us. I owned a shop of my own until recently, and if she had been one of my staff I am afraid she would be without a job. You need to get a secret shopper in there and see for yourself.

Plenty of choice for Food . Sit in \\u0026 Take-Away .\\nCosta , M\\u0026S , Burger King .\\nAlso a convenience store .\\n\\nNice friendly people doing a hard thankless task at times .\\n\\nOnly downside is , due to the amount of people stopping off at these Services it's hard to keep up with Cleanliness .\\nWe always eat out as its usually so busy , tables not cleared , \\u0026 floors hard to keep clean .\\nWould say not the fault of the staff as they trying to take care of the people wanting served .\\n\\nToilets not the greatest , old \\u0026 tired .\\n\\nRemember the place in Summer after it all reopened after refurbishment. Tv , resteraunt etc , but very tired looking now .\\n\\nSo in summing up , I would say Plenty of variety for a take away outside on a picnic bench

A great place to break your journey. Toilets well fitted, bright and clean. Wide choice of eating places from snack to full meal and shops to buy that last minute gift en route to visit the grandkids.

Visited the Costa counter. Quick service but crucially they were so helpful as I was with my mother in her wheelchair. Everything delivered to our table by a very helpful member of staff. Well done ?

Burger king close at 11pm. We came in at 10.25 and told it be 20 mins because they are cleaning. I said why are you cleaning you don't close until 11pm. He replied we want to get home.\\nLuckily a lovely lady served us a Costa and we got a meal and drinks. Shocking service and attitude from Burger king on the 13th April.

Just like most service stations the prices here have all been jacked up to higher than the average high street prices, you have to walk by all the ships before you can get to the toilet.\\n\\nMoto gives discounts to those in the emergency/forces services that hold the blue light card think it's currently 20% off from most of the shops and restaurants inside.

Stopped for break en route to GlasgowWatched Costa staff member lift tray and used crockery and flicked crumbs off table on to floor with her hand.Did not clean table or seating area with sanitising spray.Ladies toilets are on desperate need of a good floor clean. Longstanding dust and hair accumulations round base of cubicle doors and attaining on cubicle.Sadly not a Service Area I would chose to stop at again and certainly not one to be proud of.

Car park is small but not tiny. Have all services in one area toilets, food and shopping and little hotel. Garage is separate from the services as you pull in. Very tidy.

Was very quiet as I stopped here at 3am! The place was spotless & the young man at the till in WH Smiths was very polite - even though he was visibly the only one out front working
