A McDonald's - just as you'd expect, nothing extraordinary. Was very busy but that's to be expected on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time!

Food was mediocre, but reasonable. Seems more expensive than it used to be.
They charge for bags... bags which then break and spew the contents (i.e., your meal) all over the floor. I'd recommend bringing your own bag.
Food was also presented for eat-in rather than takeaway, so had to ask for food to be packaged.

At 13:47 on Friday night I ordered wrap with no bacon ?, but they put bacon in the wrap which I noticed after eating half. I shouldn?t suppose to eat bacon.
It?s a horrible service from them and when I ordered food, only 2-3 customers were there. So they had plenty of time to read the instructions in the order.
Won?t recommend this place to anyone.

If you are looking for a quick bite, it serves your purpose and its budget friendly. Limited choice options but generally a decent place to eat.
Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly, the space is somewhat small, so beware of tables and seats so kids don't bump into them.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible for wheelchair and also has a restroom for disabled persons.

A rude and horrible customer (a man) tried bullying me by trying to shoo me from the table I was sitting at, after seeing I was on my own, female and disabled, ( he never got the table I didn't let him bully me). Apart from that, the staff were amazing and very helpful a staff member even brought the food to the table for me. I'm a bit sad that they no longer do sugar doughrings though but the triple chocolate chip cookies make up for it ?
Vegetarian options: They also have vegan and pescatarian (not sure if that's spelled correctly?) dishes too
Dietary restrictions: They are happy to make the food the way you want it ie extra pickles or no salad/sauce/cheese etc just let them know of your requirements/ allergies and they are always happy and willing to accommodate to your individual needs
Parking: It's on the main high street so not sure about parking?
Kid-friendliness: They have colouring in sheets crayons and quiz sheets for children they also healthy food options for children too ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible to wheelchair and walker users and has an accessible toilet for disabled also have a baby change unit

Unfortunately, the order processing speed is slower in comparison to other places of this brand, given the number of orders at the moment. Order numbers were duplicated on the screen. My order was not called out, and I had to ask the staff to hand it over, by which time it had already cooled down a bit.

No issues at this McDonald's, same as plenty of others, you order on a screen and pick your food up.
One of the staff kindly took our trays when we finished.
