Has 3 parcels to return, waited in queue, was finding it difficult to find my returns label for the 3rd parcel. Gentleman said there were others behind me and the desk would be shutting in 2 mins, I said serve them and I?ll go behind them, he said no they were shutting
I should have just waited until I found my code but felt under pressure to leave and come back like he said? shocking!

Staff are great but the shop is always understaffed with post office and newsagents it's a minimum 5 minutes wait to get served. I am faster going to the shop further away from me. Very overpriced as well most things cost a lot more than a standard Morrisons store. I will avoid this shop unless absolutely necessary

I think it was Chis his name, the guy who receives the parcels. I waited for him 7 mins patiently and he was rude to me. He opened the parcel and put it in a different bag without giving me any explanation. As he did not give me any receipt, I wanted to take a photo of the new bag where he put my parcel. He responded to me very bad. Terrible attitude! Bad service!
