I tried the bed machiene which does all the calculations to what I required, and it came up with 3 choices. I tried them all and found one which was perfect. There was no rush, and no pressure to buy. Just a lot of help from someone very knowledgeable. I even got a cup of tea, what more could you ask for ?! So Louis helped find the right mattress for me, took me through the finance options, giving me time to take in the information and make a decision that was right for me.
