It was a bit hectic with the lunchtime rush ,and of course the prices don't always match the food quality. Some nice selection of food on offer and area is nice enough, especially if you get a window seat looking out into the street. Service is a little slower but friendly and professional. Don't always make this a stopover but nice for a change.

The fish and chips at Martha's are really delicious! Fried fish, fragrant and crunchy fries, this is the moment I started to get this British classic dish??

Staff here are really nice, love the hot chocolates. It?s just a shame it?s always filled to the brim with old people and children who don?t know what personal space is

Popped in for a late lunch. Drinks were served quickly but I was told to wait at the counter for my food however they didn't tell the server that so by the time he was eventually told I was waiting at the counter the food was delivered lukewarm - at one point he was going to bin the foodWheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access

Marks & Spencer need to look after their overworked employees. Always short staffed but miracles are expected from whoever is on duty and Marks and Spencer do not seem to appreciate or care about them . Treat your staff with more respect , this does not reflect well on your brand. Most importantly, kindness goes a long way.

We sat for 20 minutes waiting on a toastie and ciabatta!! Tea and coffee would have been cold, so we had that, toastie arrived followed by ciabatta another 10 mins later!! Was the quietest I have ever seen the cafe, perhaps this suggest why

Fresh food, well packed and quick service.Parking: Multi storey for 500 cars, not sure if they had to pay or not.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access at entrance but rather tight going round the counter however I did see Staff help someone get their food.

Although busy did not wait long hubby had the fish finger sandwich and I had chicken wrap both tasty average prices and friendly staff
