The girls in this shop were so lovely. I really needed a moisturiser for my dry skin and Skin Drink has been really helpful. I also bought some Karma Kream which is luxurious and smells even better at home. Sometimes a friendly interaction in a shop can make someone?s day and there should be more people like this, thank you ladies

I went in yesterday with the specific idea of getting a fragrance. Jade asked me all the right questions to find out what kind of scent I might like and we landed on Lord of Misrule, a perfect blend of everything I wanted from a perfume. Very pleased, the employees at Stirling Lush are always so friendly and helpful!

I had the most wonderful experience today in Stirling. I am so sad I did not get the wonderful staff members name. I bought Sticky Dates, another body spray and left with some hair samples! My first time in lush and I will be returning and hopefully served by the same lady. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. She is a credit to your store and company. I just wish I had her name. She was short with short brown hair - so thank you for making my day!

Excellent shopping experience.
We had an assistants full attention for our whole visit.
My wife was able to buy some new products at enormous expense. But I sure that it was worth it.
The shop smells great.
A visual delight.
Many products look as if they are ornamental.
Brightly coloured, strikingly so.
Well worth a visit as part of a great day out in Stirling.

I came into the store feeling terrible, I?d had a horrible day and was looking for something to cheer me up. I never got the names of those working, but they found me the best bath bombs and made sure I knew how to use them for the best relaxation remedy. Every time I visit this store, the customer service is unmatched. Thank you for what you all do, because you turned one of my worst days into the best

I love this Lush! This is probably my favorite Lush store, and I frequent stores in America AND the UK! Karen is absolutely lovely, I adore her and I look forward to seeing her whenever I am there! Hayley too has been lovely, as well as many other employees I sadly have forgotten the name of. Visit this store is always a treat.

Had the most amazing customer service experience with Samantha! Came into the shop today to test some perfumes and had wonderful in-depth assistance, plenty of sample cards, and friendly conversation. When I couldn?t recall the perfume name I settled on I ended up phoning the shop and was able to quickly resolve my forgetfulness and given the suggestion to phone back in the morning to see if the item is still in stock before coming in to save myself time. Overall amazing service both in store and outwith.

I was in this afternoon to buy the remainder of my Christmas presents and Alicia was absolutely wonderful, very kind, approachable and very knowledgeable of the products and suggested some really good stuff for me, best customer service experience I have had, will definitely be back!

Cannot thank Jodie and her team at lush Stirling enough?on our initial visit my mum and myself commented on the lovely friend helpful and informative staff?each and ever one we had contact with?we left an item behind and called to enquire, Jodie the manager answered the call and quickly offered to assist. Returned today to collect the parcel and again the member of staff was friendly and helpful and personable and advised all staff had been pre briefed and this was returned smoothly and efficiently with a little free gift and card with personal message. We are very touched by this as there doesnt seem to be the same customer service and care else where these days in other establishments?thank you so much lush Stirling!
