Twice now my controlled drug hasnt been delivered and now withdrawing, and theyres nothing they can do , when you stop taken a controlled drug you need to call a doctor right away but my gp is closed so i have to wait until next week total disgrace

Not got as much as could be in this pharmacy but service was top notch and being able to park outside the area even if the entire street is pay parking but doesn't offer card payments this was still a handy visit and very welcoming

Says open 9am-6pm, 6 days a week but it?s only open 10am-5pm weekdays and closed fully on Saturdays. Need to update their information as it?s sadly disrupting people?s medications/prescriptions.Won?t be able to pick up my subscription until next Friday now due to work start and finish times being just out of line with this pharmacies hours - really disappointed. ?

Dropped off a prescription on Friday morning, was told one item needed to be ordered and to come back after 4.30 p.m. I returned the next day to be told by two ladies that "do not usually work in the shop" that my prescription had been forgotten about and had been just sitting there. I went back on Monday to find out from the resident pharmacist that apparently she had had everything ready in my basket, not understanding what the confusion had been about on the Saturday (suggesting I could have been handed my items, but for some reason they other pharmacists did not spot them in the basket, only my prescription, so proceeded to get everything ready for Monday). However she also said there was a problem with my order, and asked if I wanted the one item in my prescription to be reordered. I wasn't sure what the alternative was and what to advise her. A bit of a shambles.

Absolutely worst service you can imagine... Not sticking to their advertised opening times. Went there last Monday that is 23/01, supposed to be opened at 9am I was there at just after 9 to be told by one of the staff members it's opening at 9:30. Ok no probs I'll wait. 10:00 am still not allowed in, this time 2 staff members looking from the inside pretending me and 3 other customers freezing outside. Wasted money on fuel as had to travel from Alva as well as on the parking fees. If you're lucky to get in they don't even acknowledge your presence in the shop... Living you feeling like a pest... Awww and don't bother asking questions or what even worse to call them.... LolI'd like to remind all the staff and management, you are a business, we - the consumer aka clients aka customers deserve a be treated with a bit of dignity and receive service for the money you get... Customer service is non existent.

Been with this chemist in Barnton Street for 33yr. Now it's time to move, all the staff give you excuse after excuse. And won't evenue answer a phone to you. I don't even know why it's still open.

Booked a total health check. Took time off work, parked (& paid parking). When I arrived was told the person who does the health check was on holiday. Couldn?t believe it.
