Oder was delivered on time but not right. No gravy. Sides were wrong. Chicken was ok. Chops as always from kfc were soggy and cold. Wake up.

Absolutely useless! Staff forgot about our order after we left the counter. Waited over an hour! No explanation. No apology.

Worst KFC I can remember. Ordered 4 piece meal. 3 pieces were almost all rib cage and 1 was a wing. Very dry and no meat. Wish I had checked the bag before I left. Should have guessed when entering the restaurant 30 mins before closing and all the chairs were the on the tables already. Avoid if you can.

The place was a shambles. Food over cooked a dry. The smell in the place was terrible. Stuck to the floor. Plenty of staff but not doing very much work mostly talking.

Not very fast food!
Order one line, arrived and drive thru to be told to wait in carpark. Total of 1hr and 30minutes.
In the end went in to shop to get order. Need more staff at the weekend!
Walking in, drive thru, delivery service and sit in - you either reduce your service or increase staff to deal with it.

I visited KFC Stirling today and ask to the staff if they have chicken in halal but they sorry we don't have anything in Halal that was very disappointing for me. There is a prominent number of Muslims community. I hope you will start Halal food for Muslims community as well.

The chicken there is always cooked until Krispy I use the place a few times per month I need to travel a bit further to get there because things are just cooked better unlike other KFCs and surrounding areas.

Shittiest service ever whenever you go there will be no one on the counter you have to wait a lot then someone gonna come and ask you and then after placing order they will take hours to make the order then food is cold and sossy

I turned up for KFC on Friday Afternoon around 1pm
All the self service screens had out of order sign's on them .
I looked at the counter and seen a cash only sign. So approached the counter and was told they can't accept cash . . No explanation as to why I couldn't buy my meal . Will never be back . Place is a joke
