“Your truthful reviewer was shopping in the Thistle Centre today Friday 19thJanuary.Left Christholm Hunter in the Thistle Centre regarding a repair to my Ball watch, the sales assistant right from the start i felt was quite sharp spoken & not a good experience SO i crossed over & went into Fraser Hart & it was like night & day.Claire the sales assistant was just brilliant 10/10 & took time to not only to talk about watches ⌚⌚ but listen to recommended eateries that I've reviewed in Stirling & elsewhere & she also helped me to put the double clasp from my watch back onto my wrist, SO i would definitely advise anyone to enjoy their visit to Fraser Hart & have Claire to attend to you ? ☺️Sorry - no photos ?”

“What can I say about Ian Gallacher. We were helped to pick our perfect wedding bands. I was so worried as we left it late. But the assistant could not be more helpful and we got them in plenty of time for the wedding. She was so kind and patient as I went through many options for mine. My husband was a lot quicker with his selection. Cannot thank them enough. The rings mean so much to me as I hope to have children and pass them on to our kids one day.”

“My husband was treating me to a new engagement ring and after looking at the beautiful window display I had saw a couple that I liked, however along came Vishnu who threw a curveball by showing me another one, which was absolutely beautiful and the one we decided on. Vishnu was absolutely fantastic, he made you feel comfortable and there was no pressure from him at all to hurry up and choose. “Just spoke with Christine the store manager in Stirling. What a lovely lady, so helpful and pleasant. I spoke to about 20 different branches today trying to source a specific toy for my niece. Christine was one of only two people I spoke with that took my name and number as there was deliveries being made today. Sadly, we cannot get the item yet but Christine said she would be back in touch if the stock arrived. Brilliant customer service.”

“Been here many times over the years. Mostly getting presents for my fiancee and my mum. The staff are absolutely excellent. I struggle with picking things because their is so much to choose from. Staff have always helped me pick a gift tailored to the recipient. I had a family tragedy where I had learned I was a father to be of twins but unfortunately we lost them, and picking a gift for my fiancee for her birthday was especially stressful.
