Delightful shopkeeper helped me source a dog lead after I lost ours whilst walking our puppy nearby. Lifesaver! Lovely little shop too with interesting and different outdoor activities inspired items for sale.

Such a unique shop!My partner and I nipped in for a gas cannister and ended up staying longer, the person who owned it was chatting to us and was so lovely. Intrepid opened in May 2019 as the sister company to intrepid:scotland. We sell an eclectic range of adventure essentials where we focus on products that excel in design, sustainability and individuality.
We have a bricks and mortar shop in Aberfoyle, the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and we also sell online.
We strive to stock products that are both desirable and essential....but we may miss the odd trick, so if there is anything you wish we would stock, please let us know.
We also do our best to be an integral part of the local community, every Thursday we are the pick-up point for the Balfron Neighbourhood Food Market and every Friday we have a knitting group that meets in the shop that is open for ALL knitting
