I stayed with a group on a tour for 4 days here, and could not have better things to stay about the whole experience. From the service, to the accommodations, the food and everything in between ? I cannot wait to come back to visit. Thank you so much for taking care of us and giving us all a home away from home that brought comfort, peace and relaxation the whole time.

We all had prawn cocktails to start and all of same opinion-lovely big prawns but virtually no sauce and what was there had no flavour, basically a scrape of mayonnaise. Flatbread and scampi were great,.one of has steak and merlot pie. The pie topping was brick hard and couldn't be cut with a knife but the side pastry and meat was really nice. There was a big gelatinous mass in the gravy pot that looked gross so didn't touch that. Mash and veg were nice. One dessert or cheesecake which was delicious.

Parking: Plenty of spaces to park in.

We stayed at the Highland gate for one night, as research for a trip we will be offering to our clients.the room was lovely and clean and breakfast is amazing and will set you up for the day. The attention that Bruna, at reception, and Lewis, at breakfast, was excelent, the attention to detail was spot on. We will come back for sure. Thank you so much!

You are an absolute Superstar!!
The busiest time of the day - 5-7pm you owned that front of house, seating guests, taking drinks orders, getting drinks, taking food orders, covering the bar, booking in overnight guests. You were on fire!
Absolute shame your management disappeared at the busiest time of the day to have their break but you proved you're capable of going further and you excelled last night.
Despite doing 6 jobs at once and a full family area, you checked in regularly with every table remained calm, friendly and most importantly in control!
Really hope senior management give you the promotion you so deserve! You ran that place last night single handedly with such finesse not faltering under the mountain of responsibility that was thrown at you over those two hours!
You go Girl - you'll go far in hospitality!

Callum and the team here are amazing. It's always a great atmosphere in here when Callum is leading his troops. Fast service and great tasting food and a great price too
Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian myself but my friend who is says it's good here.
Dietary restrictions: Quite a varied menu for those with food sensitivities and they ask you before they seat you.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access and staff are always happy to remove chairs to fit you in.

such a lovely family meal. Calum and Bronagh were super friendly, attentive, and they went above when bringing out our auld mans birthday cake - all singing and surrounding him <3 thanks so much! highly recommend the sausage and mash it was the best everrrr!
